Additional ‘in house’ events, such as Rifle Shooting, Argocat 4x 4 Familiarisation and Skills course and Fishing Tuition or a combination of several will make for a half day or a full day activity.

Craigluscar Activities is the place to go for a range of fun and exciting outdoor experiences. Set in the beautiful surroundings of Craigluscar Hill and its community woodland, there is something for everyone, including quad biking and clay pigeon shooting. Or how about trying your hand at piloting one of our amazing hovercrafts,  test your tractor driving skills or try our latest vehicle, the Hagglund BV206 (Snowcat)?

Scottish Quads:  Anyone of reasonable fitness who is over 16 may ride the quad bikes. When you arrive, you will be fitted out with helmets and protective clothing and given a Safety briefing by one of our qualified instructors. You will then spend a few minutes looking over the bikes and being taught how to ride them, before heading out in to the flat fields to really get to grips with riding an ATV.

Do It Outdoors: Hillwalking, Mountain Biking, Bushcraft, Fishing;  A fantastic alternative party and one they will never forget.   From the very moment the kids meet us in the car park the adventure begins.  Learn how to make your own rope and search out the best fire lighting materials.  Take an adventure hike through the forest. Return from your adventure to the camp, where we light the fire , cook the beans  and roast your marshmallows.  Have a go at lighting a fire , chopping your wood and making a shelter. There is always time for some woodland games as well to round of your afternoon.

Our specialist off-road training facilities are recognised as the best available.  The Land Rover Experience Scotland centre offers you the opportunity to drive one of our state-of-the-art Land Rover vehicles over our challenging assault course and exhilarating forest tracks.  We have the complete range of models: Defender 110, Discovery 4, Freelander 2, Range Rover and Range Rover Sport.
