Driving the Caterham was one of the best things I have had the opportunity to do! It certainly was different to my usual hobby maintaining and driving traction engines. I would definately recommend this as a gift for anyone who would like a wind in the hair driving experience full of thrills. The route was excellent and I would recommend the Fortingall Hotel as an superb place to stop for a bite to eat.

I think it is fair to say that since our hire of the Caterham and a good dose of wonderful Scottish air, I am feeling younger and fitter than I have for years!! I strongly urge everyone with a love of driving to get up there and do this hire. Who could fail to be seduced by the Caterham? I have long yearned to drive one and it was all and more than I could have hoped for. (Certainly exceeded the mileage as we could not leave the car alone and added some evening trips of our own!). Cannot say enough about the car as it is superb! Only thing is, it is like a drug and I need to get up there for another fix ASAP! The routes that you choose (unfortunately we could only do three of them in the time) were perfect and the scenery that we passed through was marvellous. We particularly liked the coffee and lunch stops that were detailed in and much appreciate the obvious care with which you have worked out the routes. We feel that for us, Scotland is one of the most wonderful places on earth (and we have been about a bit) and we feel very privileged to have done a short tour of it in the Caterham. A great car to drive in a great country. We had a great experience and we want to thank you for providing us with the opportunity. With your kind permission, we will be back! Guaranteed that whatever the weather, this car and the scenery will lift the spirits of even the most jaded of people and leave them with the biggest of smiles ever. Best regards, Ai Tin and Colin.

Some of our customers find it very hard to part with their Caterham at the end of the day.

I can speak on behalf of the group to say that we had a fantastic day and that the cars are just phenomenal! We eagerly await our day hire in August, and when that is (sadly) over....we will be back again next yr, without a doubt.

Hi Andrew, Following on from a great couple of days my brother and I spent driving the fantastic roads of Perthshire and the west coast with one of your Super 7's, I thought I'd attach a couple of pictures taken at the head of Glencoe that shows off your car rather nicely! Thanks again for a great service and a very enjoyable couple of days with your car. We are busy working out when we can come and do it again! Best regards, Ian

"Hi Andrew Just thought I'd drop you a note of sincere thanks for the fabulous day out we enjoyed in your orange Caterham. My Brother in Law bought it for Lynda (my wife) and I as a gift, but it's certainly something we'll do again for ourselves. The car was beautifully prepared and the effort you put in to marking out routes and places of interest paid dividends. We followed the single track route to the southshore of Loch Tay. It was nothing short of spectacular. I'm a car nut and have had about 15 cars in 11years (my wife does keep score!) but nothing, and I mean nothing, is as engaging as the little Caterham. It really is driving at its purest. I have a 360bhp M3 convertible which succeeded a 420bhp Aston V12 vantage and they feel clumsy and lacking in response compared to the Caterham 150bhp. For something so tactile, it also remarkably easy to drive and not intimidating. We took the car back to our timeshare at Gleneagles and all our guests wanted a ride in it. Mercifully we had to leave and explore the hills. The chefs at the hotel where we stopped for lunch also popped out to see it. We laughed our heads off when it started to rain and we now know to stay away from puddles! So, all in all, really fantastic and well done to you for the great idea to do this. See you again, Scott and Lynda."
